I really think this picture explains my feelings perfectly on church ball. There's a couple people on the team that take it way to serious, and a few you wonder why they are even playing. But then again it's church ball, right?! Well not the case tonight at our wards game. The other team was a little bit (how should I put this) aggressive and one even threatened Zac that he was going to "knock him out". What is going on in the world of church sports?! Why can't we all just get along!?

So as I sit here watching it snow outside I'm wondering what happened to the snow in Utah this year?! I feel like there has only been a few snow storms... at least down our way. I'm not saying I want a lot of snow like my family in Iowa (no thanks) but maybe another storm before it gets uncomfortably hot and there is only so much clothing you can take off. Well in honor of my request of another storm (yes-I know that I sound ridiculous but I LOVE winter) I found this picture of a snowman... it's one of my favorites.

the best valentines ever...

All I wanted this year for Valentines was for Zac to make me dinner, but he ended up making breakfast AND dinner.
Breakfast- heart shaped french toast and caramelized bananas.

Dinner- (get ready for this) Green bean salad with a Dijon vinaigrette. Fettuccine Carbonara with bacon, red peppers and peas. Last but not least homemade garlic bread and Sparkling Cider. YUMMY!! And yes ladies that is a napkin rose... Zac always makes it for me and I love it every time.

Zac did such an amazing job with cooking for me all day that I decided he should cook at least weekly. Dang you school and work for taking up all his time. Thank you baby for making this the best Valentines Day ever!

I've been waiting to get a better picture of Zac and his new glasses, but this is as good as it gets for now. I think they make him look cute and studious, and he said that he can actually see the professors lectures now. I think it's a win win situation.
